I’ve recently discovered The Greater Good‘s website. And, I discovered this little video regarding Mindful Childbirth. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Meditation Based Stress Reduction program is an awesome example of integrating mind/body practices to medicine. I am a long time fan of Dr. Kabat-Zinn’s work and highly recommend his recordings, Mindfulness Meditations. These recordings are my go-to for a guided meditation, and there are many options available on each set. They are simple and clear enough for anyone, I did a seated 20 minute meditation with my 10 year old today!
